Bitcoin: forecasts from Polymarket

Participants of the Polymarket forecasting platform made bets on the likely bitcoin rate in August 2024. 48% of users believe that the price of BTC will fall below $60,000.

According to the information provided by the platform, 26% of customers bet that the value of bitcoin will drop to $55,000. 12% of users assume that the price of BTC will collapse to $50,000.

Another 4% of Polymarket participants were extremely pessimistic, believing that bitcoin is due for a correction to $45,000. Historically, August, as well as September, are considered the weakest months for BTC.
